Last updated: October 2026

This is a plain-language summary of how KuMining works, provided so you know what you're agreeing to. It is a template and has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction — it does not replace independent legal advice.

1. What KuMining is

KuMining is a cloud-mining style platform: you activate a hashrate plan and receive daily output, credited to your account balance in USD terms, for as long as that plan is active. A small free hashrate allocation ("free trial miner") is granted to every new account. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use KuMining — in most places this means being at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and not barred from using services like this under the laws that apply to you. You're responsible for checking that using KuMining is lawful where you live before you sign up.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any two-factor authentication secret confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. One person or entity should not operate more than one account unless we've agreed to it in writing.

4. The free trial miner

Every new account can activate one free trial miner, running for the period advertised at signup, at the coin of your choice. It's a one-time offer per account — once it finishes or is used, it isn't reissued. Earnings from the free trial accrue to your balance but, like other balances, stay subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 7.

5. Deposits and plans

You fund your account by depositing supported cryptocurrency to a deposit address generated for your account. We credit your balance once the deposit is confirmed on-chain to the number of confirmations we require for that coin. Buying a plan deducts its price from your balance and activates that hashrate immediately, for the fixed term you chose (7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days). Shorter terms pay a higher daily rate; longer terms pay a lower daily rate. The plan stops producing output once its term ends.

6. Output is not guaranteed

Daily output is based on the hashrate of your active plan(s) and is not a fixed, promised, or principal-protected return. It can be affected by network conditions, coin prices, and the rate we publish from time to time, and is subject to change. Past output is not a guarantee of future output. See our Risk Disclosure for more detail.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before being sent on-chain — this is a manual, human-reviewed step, not instant settlement. We may ask for additional verification (including confirming your email) on large or unusual withdrawal requests, and we may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Minimum withdrawal amounts and supported payout coins are shown on the Withdraw page and can change.

8. Referrals

If you refer someone using your referral link or code, you may earn a commission on their qualifying activity, at the rates shown on the Referral page. Referral rates, eligibility, and payout timing can change going forward; we won't retroactively reduce commission already credited to your balance for past activity.

9. Fees

Any fees that apply — for example a withdrawal network fee — are disclosed to you before you confirm the relevant action. We don't charge hidden fees beyond what's shown on the relevant page at the time.

10. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Only withdraw to wallets you actually control.
  • Double-check your destination address and network before confirming — crypto transfers cannot be reversed once sent.
  • Keep your password and 2FA secret, and don't share account access with anyone else.
  • Use the service in line with these terms and applicable law.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use KuMining to launder money, finance illegal activity, evade sanctions, exploit bugs for unintended gain, interfere with the platform's operation, or create multiple accounts to abuse free offers or referral rewards. See our AML Policy for more on this.

12. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or close an account for fraud, abuse, suspected illegal activity, or violation of these terms, including while we investigate. Where an account is closed for reasons other than violation of these terms, we'll work with you in good faith on any balance owed, subject to the withdrawal review process in Section 7.

13. Service availability and changes

Like any software service, KuMining can have downtime, bugs, or be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party blockchain networks and price feeds. We may add, change, or discontinue features (including plan pricing, output rates, and supported coins) going forward, and will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect existing balances or active plans.

14. Intellectual property

The KuMining name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent our branding as your own.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

KuMining is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by market movements, network conditions, or third-party failures outside our control.

16. Risk

Cryptocurrency markets and mining output are both volatile. Only use funds you can afford to have fluctuate in value, or in the worst case lose. Read the full Risk Disclosure before depositing.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use KuMining after a change means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

This template doesn't specify a governing law or dispute-resolution forum — that should be filled in for your actual operating entity and jurisdiction before this is used as a real, binding agreement.
